Key Responsibilities

Delightful Guest Interaction: Greet every guest with a warm smile, establish eye contact, and proactively offer assistance, ensuring each visit feels personalized and memorable.
Efficient Checkout Operations: Accurately register sales using assigned POS stations, manage cash handling, process voids, returns, refunds, rain checks, and exchanges while maintaining a swift and courteous checkout flow.
Product Knowledge & Suggestive Selling: Identify guest needs, recommend complementary items, and promote trade‑up opportunities to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Merchandising & Display Management: Keep aisles, counters, and shelves organized, well‑stocked, and visually appealing; build and refresh seasonal and promotional displays in line with brand guidelines.
Inventory & Stock Rotation: Perform regular inventory checks, apply first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) principles, and ensure proper separation of raw, pre‑cooked, and frozen foods according to safety policies.
Asset Protection & Compliance: Follow arenaflex’s loss‑prevention procedures, monitor for suspicious activity, and enforce state and local regulations on age‑restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco.
Specialized Service Areas: Provide expert assistance in the photo services zone, including digital passport photos, poster printing, and creative machine operations, while upselling related photo products.
Web Order Fulfillment: Manage online order pickups via our Picture Care Plus platform, accurately pick items, and deliver ready‑to‑go orders to guests promptly.
Store Maintenance: Contribute to both exterior and interior upkeep, ensuring a clean, orderly, and inviting store environment at all times.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions, complete performance‑linked learning modules, and share best practices with peers to elevate collective service standards.

Essential Qualifications
