Customer Experience Excellence

Greet all customers and patients with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting first impression
Offer assistance with products and services, taking time to understand each customer's unique needs
Resolve customer issues and answer questions promptly and thoroughly to ensure a positive experience
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including friendly demeanor, appropriate eye contact, and courteous communication
Model arenaflex service values by offering help proactively, identifying needs, and following through until customers are completely satisfied
Provide recommendations for items based on customer needs and suggest complementary products to enhance their purchase


Register Operations and Transactions

Process customer purchases accurately on assigned point-of-sale registers
Collect payments and distribute change correctly, maintaining financial accuracy at all times
Handle voids, returns, delays, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures
Process orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction
Assist with online order fulfillment, including monitoring the order system, picking items, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store


Store Operations and Merchandising

Maintain clean, well-organized counters and retail spaces that are visually appealing to customers
Take inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels
Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or shift leader
Implement company asset protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco items
Set up and maintain engaging product displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special event merchandising
Complete display resets and updates as directed by management


Product Handling and Organization

Assist with proper separation of food items, ensuring raw foods are kept separate from pre-cooked items
Follow positioning guidelines for products, including placing raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves
Implement proper stock rotation using first-in, first-out (FIFO) methods to minimize waste
Restock merchandise promptly to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and organized


Photo Center and Additional Services

Provide exceptional customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo services
Operate banner printing and creative printing equipment
Handle special photo product orders and provide creative solutions for customer needs


Store Maintenance and Team Collaboration

Assist with both internal and external store maintenance to ensure a clean, tidy, and professional appearance
Maintain the overall store condition and welcoming atmosphere
Comply with all company policies and procedures while maintaining respectful relationships with team members
Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management


Required Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:


Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, though we value experience and attitude just as much as formal education
Language Skills: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (with the exception of Puerto Rico locations)
Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of store computer systems and store equipment
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
