Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Amazon Locker+. In this role, you will assist customers with the retrieval and return of packages at our retail locations. Duties & Responsibilities
Ā Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
Ā Assist customers with inquiries and provide support
Ā Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers
Ā Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Ā Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
Ā Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders
Ā Receive truck deliveries
