What You Will Do: Your Role as a Customer Service Champion

As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for one of our distinguished clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through various channels including phone, chat, email, and our ticketing portal. You will be empowered to resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively, guiding customers toward the fastest and easiest resolution while ensuring their experience exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities Include:


Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally across phone, live chat, email, and ticketing systems, providing consistent and high-quality responses across all platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical support calls ranging from routine matters such as password resets and account inquiries to more complex product-related questions and genuine technical support scenarios.
Ticket Management: Create, update, and manage support tickets accurately while documenting customer interactions and resolution steps in our CRM system.
Customized Solutions: Deliver personalized solutions tailored to each customer's unique needs, demonstrating empathy, patience, and product expertise.
Account Maintenance: Update and maintain customer records with precision, ensuring data integrity and accurate account information.
Multi-Tasking Excellence: Efficiently navigate across multiple technology platforms and systems while managing high volumes of customer contacts.
Urgency and Prioritization: Work with a sense of urgency, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure timely responses and resolutions.

Essential Qualifications:


Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in a high-volume support environment
Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred
Strong computer knowledge with familiarity in Microsoft Office and Google applications or comparable technology
Understanding of ticketing systems and CRM platforms
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and logical prioritization abilities
Ability to thrive and remain positive in a constantly changing environment
High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience in a call center or technical support environment
Knowledge of basic technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools
Experience in the IT or technology services industry
Bilingual language capabilities (especially Spanish) are a plus

The position will be located at our modern call center facility in the Project CoWork Building, situated at 11103 West Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78213. This location offers a professional and accessible workspace with ample amenities in the heart of San Antonio. After successfully completing 90 days of employment and meeting appropriate performance criteria, qualified team members will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement, providing greater flexibility and work-life balance.

Schedule and Availability:


Job Type: Full-time position
Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (8-hour rotating schedules)
Weekend Requirements: Weekend availability may be required as part of the schedule
Production Schedules: Assigned based on business needs and may fall anytime within the hours of operation
