Key Responsibilities Ticket Specialist: Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets efficiently. Manage the check-in process, ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for travel. Label luggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to conveyor belts, handling items at various heights. Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure. Gateway Specialist: Assist clients with wayfinding, trip planning, and gateway boarding processes. Use computers to help clients with seat availability, gateway declarations, flight status, checking and handling luggage, and initiating the boarding process. Work streamlined processes to put them in place prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
