Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team! This is a remote (i.e., work-from-home) position. Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license required. Prior insurance experience is required. You will be responsible for servicing customer accounts and cross selling insurance products to existing customers/new prospects. Responsibilities
ā¢ Cross-sell products to existing customers
ā¢ Provide information about the products and services
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
ā¢ Document and update customer records based on interactions
ā¢ Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
Qualification
ā¢ Previous experience in insurance customer service or sales
ā¢ Ability to build rapport with clients
ā¢ Ability to prioritize and multitask
ā¢ Attention to detail
ā¢ Positive and professional demeanor
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
