Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, analyzing and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction. Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A high school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of call center experience within the last 3 years. Authorization to work in the United States. A stable work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a utility or related industry. A proven track record of sales success and customer service excellence. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
