WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Ā Work with an amazing team in a fun environment.
Ā Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs.
Ā Create "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction.
Ā Help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness.
Ā Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Ā An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
Ā The ability to connect with customers.
Ā Attention to detail and pride in your work.
Ā High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Ā A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
Ā Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
Ā Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
