About the Role

In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:


Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and Verizon products and services.
Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs.
Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments, and resolving any outstanding issues.
Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, and making corrections or changes as needed.
Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience.
Customer Service call center experience.
Previous collections experience.
Experience with selling products and services.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.

The compensation range for this position is between $648.50 and $1,775.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
