Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to incoming calls, emails, and requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of Verizon's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
Identify customer needs and proactively offer Verizon's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
Verify service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections/changes as needed.
Negotiate the collection of overdue bills.
Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
Manage various systems and work tools while engaging with customers on the phone.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Customer service call center experience; previous collections experience an asset.
Experience with selling products and services; customer service skills essential.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.
