What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative , your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting sellers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat across a variety of areas. Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty. Maintaining KPI metrics within targets and ensuring closed cases per hour meet SLA levels.
