Key Responsibilities
As our ideal CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives consumer engagement and conversion. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing a CRM strategy for US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, including determining channels and send cadence
Creating a framework for rapid testing in CRM channels to optimize campaign performance
Managing end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, including creative briefs, campaign assets, copy, and design
Pulling lists from Snowflake using SQL and uploading audiences to marketing platforms
Tracking initiatives, reporting progress, and identifying next steps from campaign learnings
Analyzing campaign performance against current benchmarks and optimizing engagement metrics through A/B testing and CRM team insights
Investigating performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness
Establishing a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders, including Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams
Staying current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention team, and sharing learnings and insights regularly
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in CRM strategy development and execution, preferably in a marketing or customer engagement role
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation technologies
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data analytics tools, such as Snowflake
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
