Qualifications and Experience of Customer Relations Support Agent:

? Proficiency in both communication and interpersonal interactions.
? Fundamental computer abilities for monitoring packages and maintaining records.
? Proficiency in managing multiple assignments and paying close attention to particulars.
? It is imperative to hold the legal authorization to work in the U.S.
