Job Summary

As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our marketing and sales team, working remotely and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and effective manner. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns
Draft answers to product questions via email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5+ years of full-time work experience, with 2+ years of customer relationship management experience
