Job Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, providing product and service information to customers, updating customer accounts and information as needed, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
Update customer accounts and information as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations.


Requirements

Educational Qualifications
