Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
Customer Concierge
Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customerβs home.
Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
Maintain activity log
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in customer service and/or Sales is preferred
Auto industry experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Time management
Active listening skills
