At Deposita, we offer a competitive starting rate of $17.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.00 per hour for bilingual French (Canadian) speaking representatives. About the Role:
The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for:
Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing direct support or guidance towards resolution
Tackling technical issues with skill and accuracy, creating cases, and escalating to senior team members or departments as needed
Demonstrating effective personal performance, meeting departmental metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment
Exercising good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a technical customer service call center
Stable work history demonstrating strong customer service and relations skills, motivation, and a desire to learn
Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to write informatively, clearly, and accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a technical support role or other technical experience
Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting
Experience with Service Now and TalkDesk
Experience in retail cash offices
