**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
* Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
* Strong verbal communication skills and professional on-camera presence, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
* Agile with technology: Ability to learn and navigate intuitive software with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
* Access to a laptop or desktop computer on which to perform the role, with a reliable and secure internet connection.
* Ability to work at least one full weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) per week, with flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.
