About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Product Manager to lead the charge in enhancing our contact community platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data engineering, as well as third-party solution providers, to deliver a world-class platform experience. As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our contact community platform through the adoption of third-party solutions and developing a long-term strategy focused on guiding our roadmap.

Key Responsibilities


Provide product management leadership for our contact community platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools.
Collaborate with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Manage integrations and adoption of products, working closely with our engineering and data scientist teams, as well as third-party solution providers or potential consulting firms.
Understand differences in support expectations across various regions and tailor the experience accordingly.
Expand product management responsibilities to other tools as business needs arise.
Embody the unique Netflix culture and values.


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
The ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment.
A deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and agent experience.
A proven track record of executing projects that have quantifiably improved customer and agent experiences.
Organizational leadership and influence without authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create cross-functional partnerships.
The capacity to motivate, inspire, and lead creators and specialists.


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:


Related knowledge working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether third-party or in-house built.
Experience focusing on Client Support.
A background working on global products.
