What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure customer contacts are addressed, questions are answered, and quality standards are met for each interaction
Strive for first call resolution and a positive customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
Stay informed on product updates, new tools, and departmental processes while seeking improvement opportunities
Accurately document all customer interactions within the customer database
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate resources
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
Availability for weekend and/or evening work
Ability to handle calls, chats, emails, and texts from students for 80% of the workday
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar
Must reside in one of the specified locations: California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington

Experience with chat/text support
Bilingual skills (additional pay differential may apply)
