Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our premium Card Members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. You will be the ambassador of American Express, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is memorable and exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities


Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and creative manner
Utilize the Client First philosophy to address clients' needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, including travel advice and reservation assistance
Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities


Essential Qualifications


Minimum of 2 years of recent experience serving premium clients in a customer-facing environment
Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on proactive solutions and creative problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm clients with every interaction
Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions in unexpected situations


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
Experience with technology platforms, including software applications and online tools
Certification in customer service or a related field
