Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of consumer deposit products and educate customers on their features and benefits.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
Collaborate with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
Preferred experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, such as mobile services and online banking services.
