**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on consumer deposit products and services. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships, identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Educate customers on consumer deposit products, identifying opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process
* Proactively identify and pursue new customer follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners
* Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Basic Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills
* Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
