Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily

Package Reception & Sorting: Receive inbound truck deliveries, unload parcels safely, and accurately scan each item using handheld devices.
Stow & Prepare Orders: Pick, stage, and organize customer orders for quick pickup, ensuring each package is placed in the correct Locker+ compartment.
Facilitate Returns: Process returned merchandise, verify condition, and restock or route items according to arenaflex guidelines.
Customer Assistance: Greet shoppers with a friendly demeanor, answer product‑related questions, and guide them through the pick‑up or return process.
Problem Solving: Resolve unexpected issues—such as missing items, scanning errors, or locker malfunctions—by employing critical thinking and arenaflex resources.
Site Management: Open and close the Locker+ location, perform cash‑handling tasks if required, and maintain accurate shift logs.
Workspace Upkeep: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards; conduct routine inspections of equipment and lockers.
Technology Utilization: Use smartphones, scanners, and arenaflex‑specific software to track inventory, update status, and generate reports.
Physical Handling: Safely lift packages up to 49 pounds, maneuver carts, dollies, and hand trucks, and navigate stairs when applicable.


Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Proficient in English—both written and verbal—to understand policies and communicate clearly with customers.
Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to arenaflex’s operational guidelines.
Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift packages up to 49 pounds for up to five‑hour shifts (reasonable accommodations are available).
Flexibility to work part‑time hours between 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m., with schedules that may vary week‑to‑week.
Comfort with handheld technology and basic computer navigation.


Preferred Qualifications – Bonus Points If You Have

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse environments.
Familiarity with barcode scanning, inventory management systems, or similar logistics tools.
