As a key member of our Contact Center team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support. About the Role:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, online, and text message, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless support for our customers.
Complete administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information in our CarMax systems.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills.
Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service).
Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
