The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for initiating conversations with new prospects and existing customers to identify qualified sales opportunities, focusing on cold calling and lead qualification to support the sales organization.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound calls to new business prospects including physicians, Medspa, and aesthetic practicesRe-engage existing system owners to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement through open house staffing opportunitiesIntroduce the company’s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and assess interest and timingNavigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers professionally and confidentlyQualify leads based on established criteria (practice type, decision-maker access, timing, budget, and intent)Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or designated CRMSubmit qualified leads to the assigned Aesthetic Consultant or Executive Aesthetic Consultant with complete and actionable notesEnsure timely and clean handoff to maximize conversion rates and rep productivityMaintain consistent outbound activity levels aligned with performance expectationsTrack follow-up cadence and engagement history to ensure no opportunity is missedCollaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and qualification standardsSkillsBachelor's degree (recommended, but not required), or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement1–3 years of experience in a sales, specifically outside sales (medical device or technology sales preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and build rapportSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressureExcellent organization and time-management skillsExperience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms preferredPassion for the aesthetics industry and eagerness to learn advanced technology and consultative selling methodsBenefitsEquity/stock incentive programsProfit-sharing bonusComprehensive benefits package401(K) with matchingCompany OverviewSciton designs and manufactures advanced lasers and light sources for aesthetic medical purposes.
