Role Overview – Customer Education Lifecycle Manager
arenaflex Academy is seeking an experienced Customer Education Lifecycle Manager to design, launch, and continuously optimize a comprehensive learner‑engagement strategy. The successful candidate will map the entire learner lifecycle, develop tech‑touch engagement campaigns, harness automation and analytics, and partner closely with product, content, and support teams to ensure every learner receives a personalized, outcome‑focused experience.

Key Responsibilities
Learner Journey Mapping & Optimization

Analyze, blueprint, and continuously refine the end‑to‑end learner lifecycle—from initial sign‑up and onboarding, through activation, course completion, skill certification, and ongoing mastery.
Identify critical engagement touchpoints and high‑risk drop‑off zones using quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
Design modular, role‑based learning pathways that adapt to diverse skill levels, industry verticals, and individual objectives.
Collaborate with the product and UX teams to embed learning moments directly within the arenaflex platform.


Engagement & Retention Strategy Development

Conceptualize and launch tech‑touch campaigns (email, in‑app, push notifications, SMS) that guide learners toward milestones and celebrate achievements.
Create triggered messaging sequences that deliver timely nudges, reminders, and encouragement based on real‑time learner behavior.
Leverage sophisticated segmentation and personalization to tailor content, recommendations, and offers for each learner cohort.
Run hypothesis‑driven experiments (A/B, multivariate) to measure impact on activation time, completion rates, and long‑term retention.


Automation & Data‑Driven Personalization

Build scalable automation workflows using arenaflex’s integration platform alongside third‑party tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or Braze.
Develop dynamic email templates, nurture tracks, and lifecycle automations that react to learner actions and data signals.
Implement real‑time data pipelines that feed behavioral metrics into personalization engines, ensuring each interaction feels custom‑crafted.
Document, maintain, and continuously improve the automation architecture to support rapid scaling.


Analytics, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define a comprehensive KPI framework—including activation time, course completion %, net promoter score (NPS), churn risk, and revenue‑impact metrics.

LMS & Learning Experience Optimization

Essential Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in learner or customer journey mapping, with a strong focus on engagement, activation, and retention.
Demonstrated expertise in segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategy.
Hands‑on proficiency with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze) and the ability to build complex workflows.
Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken—to craft compelling copy and present insights to global stakeholders.
Solid foundation in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making.
