Refresh and Grow your Career with Us!Job OverviewThe Customer Development Manager's primary focus is to act as a thought leader within the system for Consolidated as well as support the customer and CCCI operations teams from a field sales perspective. The CDM is connected with the NAOU leads, BASN/MEC/KDP leads, bottler network and CCCI's cross-functional partners working with their team to ensure that we have business plans that are effective and efficient to execute. This role will leverage a broad understanding of the assigned retailers, the competition, and the marketplace to foster growth by driving sales and exploring additional opportunities for incremental revenue and margin results.Customers: Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, Aldi + LidlDuties & Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate, and maintain a strategic partnership status with customers, brand partner leads and bottler network to ensure joint business plans are achieved
Establish and lead cross-functional relationships with Field Operations, Product Supply, Marketing, and Revenue Generation Management to ensure alignment to respective strategic objectives
Cultivate, maintain and sustain ongoing relationships and attend meetings, as needed with key external business partners, such as NRS, Brand, Bottler, and other relevant partners to drive incremental growth to objectives, collaborate with Revenue Generation colleagues to compile and report key business results to CCCI's Senior Leadership team
Analyze data to determine opportunities and implements tactics to reverse or sustain trends
Develop and execute sales programs and conduct post-analysis reviews to gain an understanding of effectiveness. Make adjustments as needed to sustain or reverse trends
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Ability to develop, negotiate and execute complex and strategic joint business plans with assigned customers; strong ability to quickly bond and rapport to achieve a strategic partnership status throughout customers and system's organization
Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills; Responsive customer service skills with a proactive mindset
Strong organizational management skills are required. Possess the ability to collaborate with all facets of business; including Field Operations, Marketing, Product Supply, Revenue Generation Management, and the National Retail Sales Team
Ability to develop a thorough understanding of CCCI and customer operational strategy and execution
Basic analytical skills is a must
Organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills are required
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive deadlines
Computer proficiency in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree four (4) years preferred
Knowledge acquired through two (2) plus years of work experience in the beverage industry, specifically working with customers is preferred
Overnight travel is required to be successful in role. Estimated at 40% travel both day trips and some overnight
Position location is in the Carolinas (remote employee) with understanding that person must be willing to travel to team, customer, bottler network and internal meetings and visits
