Essentially, you will be the technical service manager of 3D visuals for our customers. Among other tasks, you’ll liaise with your colleagues and our customers to resolve technical issues. You’ll be using a (CMS) platform we built ourselves—we’ll make sure you get all the training you need!This role is perfect for a meticulous, enthusiastic student looking for a job (16-20 hours a week) to combine with their studies.What you bring to the tableMinimum requirementsWilling to commit 16-20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for at least 2 hours per business dayNear native English, both written and spokenFriendly, punctual, and detail-orientedQuick learnerYou know what ALT-TAB does (or the Mac equivalent) Big plusKnowledge of a major world language in addition to EnglishFamiliarity and affinity with consumer electronicsAffinity or experience with web technologyExperience working with a CMSWhat we bring to the tableA unique chance to be part of a high-growth, successful scale-upAn awesome team of passionate colleagues with over 15 nationalitiesWe work remotely and get together a few times a year.
