What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
- Provide assistance with bank operations, transaction processing, and electronic services
- Communicate through various channels including email and secured messaging
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Follow all bank policies, laws, and regulations while performing basic teller transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or teller roles
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage System Registry (NMLS) and annual renewal
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Windows-based and Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or teller roles
- Associate Degree or higher education
- Previous banking experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use new technology effectively
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
