Job description: Customer Communications Representative â MA (REMOTE AFTER TRAINING)
Pay: $16.50/hour
Location: Auburn, MA (Training onsite, remote after completion)

Be the front line for MA customers via phone, email, and chat
Help patrons with account updates, payments, and application processing
Research and resolve disputes and billing adjustments
Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records
Assist with expired credit cards, replenishment options, balance updates, and more
Follow structured daily schedules with attention to punctuality and professionalism
Support weekend coverage 1â2 Saturdays per month (9AMâ1PM) with time off during the week
Participate in quality assurance activities like call monitoring and reporting
What You Bring to the Table:
High School Diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
Strong computer and typing skills
Reliable transportation for in-office training in Auburn, MA (10-14 weeks)
A professional, positive attitudeâespecially when assisting customers
Ability to adhere to a structured schedule and stay focused in a remote environment after training
Training Details:
Paid training for approximately 10-14 weeks in our Auburn, MA office
After successful completion, youâll work from home
Expected salary: $16.5 per hour
