Responsibilities...
Ā Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries
Ā Perform outbound calls with existing customers
Ā Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately
Ā Review customer account information.
Qualifications
Ā Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Ā Attention to detail and accuracy a must
Ā Excellent email handling skills
Ā Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers' needs
Ā Must be able to multi-task
Ā Solid sales acumen
Ā Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
Ā Determination to succeed
Ā Personal accountability is a necessity
Ā Contact Center background preferred
Ā Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
