Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic and patient support to Medicare and Medicaid customers, addressing account access questions, password resets, and web portal navigation. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers/members with professionalism and courtesy. Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management and assist users in navigating system features, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Document interactions in our ServiceNow ticketing system, maintaining accurate records for tracking and follow-up. Offer basic technical support, including clearing browser cache/history and navigating Microsoft Office applications, to help customers overcome common technical hurdles. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Experience in a call center environment, preferably with a focus on password resets or customer account support. Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and call management platforms (e.g., Avaya). Basic technical troubleshooting skills, including web browser navigation and Microsoft Office applications.
