What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open communication with customers and teammates
Provide timely solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries; follow up to ensure resolution
Upload Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into the software program
Respond to support emails and maintain inbound and outbound phone communications
Assist in training customers to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role
Required experience in the commercial insurance industry; personal, health, and life insurance experience is not applicable
Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Experience working remotely
Demonstrated ability to meet daily set goals and metrics
Strong passion for customer service and problem resolution skills
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing best-in-class service
