Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:


Connecting with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, while ensuring customer satisfaction
Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams as needed
Responding to requests for assistance, including processing payments and providing product information
Tracking and documenting customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
Providing feedback on customer issues and suggesting improvements to our products and services
Upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services to customers


Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Care Representative with Teleperformance, you will need:


6 months of customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Proficiency in using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences


Work-from-Home Requirements: Technical and Environmental Standards

To work effectively from home, you will need:


A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and a wired Ethernet LAN connection
A reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
A quiet, confidential workspace that is free from distractions
