Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused

Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
Over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume
Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
Typing speed of 25 words per minute (wpm)
Predictable and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
6-12 months of customer service experience
Consistent work history
Proven oral and written communication skills
Some technical background or experience
Work from Home Requirements:
As this is a remote work opportunity, you will need to provide a personal device that meets the following requirements:
Desktop, laptop, or tablet with Windows 11 or later
Wired Ethernet LAN connection
Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
Internet Service Provider (ISP) with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Proof of internet speed may be required
