Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing inbound and outbound support via an omnichannel approach. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
Offering creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships
Using computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, and troubleshoot issues
Communicating with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
Initiating outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
Providing support to technicians via incoming calls
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
The ability to type 25 wpm (preferred)
A personal computer and the ability to use it effectively
A successful pre-employment background screen
