This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the CST time zone. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring prompt resolution to their queries. Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, providing accurate and helpful information.
