Position Overview: Customer Care Professional
As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, handling inbound calls from business owners and executives who are seeking solutions to meet their needs. What You'll Do Every Day
As an integral member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for:
Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm, engaging directly with business owners and executives to understand their unique requirements and challenges
Conducting needs assessments by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to identify how our business solutions can address specific customer pain points

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Customer service experience: Minimum of two years in a customer-facing role with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and creative problem-solving
Proven track record: Demonstrated success in both customer service and sales environments for two or more years
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively

Technical proficiency: Comfortable navigating electronic systems and learning new technology platforms quickly
Availability: Must be able to work full-time shifts of 8 hours as required
