What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Customer Inquiry Response: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service.
Claims & Provider Enrollment Support: Perform comprehensive research as needed to resolve complex claims and provider enrollment inquiries, demonstrating your ability to navigate intricate systems and find solutions.
High-Volume Processing: Process high-volume claims and transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining attention to detail even during peak periods.
Documentation & Record Maintenance: Document all inquiries accurately and maintain comprehensive records on complaints and customer comments, contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other departments to resolve problems and assist with priority inquiries, fostering teamwork and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Management Communication: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer problems, needs, and emerging trends, helping shape our service strategies.
Process Improvement: Assist with process improvements and recommend changes in procedures based on daily operations insights, contributing to operational efficiency.
Compliance & Security: Identify and report suspected fraudulent activities and system errors, maintaining the integrity and security of our operations.


What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required. An Associate Degree is preferred and demonstrates your commitment to professional growth.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
Industry Background: Minimum 2 years of experience with claims processing, demonstrating your familiarity with industry-specific terminology, procedures, and best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
Interpersonal Abilities: Strong human relations and organizational skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Stress Management: Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and demonstrate good judgment under pressure.
Customer Focus: Genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Technical Adaptability: Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently, with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Previous experience researching and analyzing claims, demonstrating your ability to dig deep and find accurate solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
