Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise - Unlock Business Growth through Data-Driven Insights
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise to join our team at ZipRecruiter, a leading online employment marketplace. As a Customer Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and support the hiring goals of our Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop standardized reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze large datasets to distill actionable insights and present findings in a compelling story to internal stakeholders and customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders as a product and industry expert
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and maintain standardized reporting tools
* Provide data-driven recommendations to customers on how to leverage our products to support their hiring goals
Requirements:
* Degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 5+ years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
* Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets
* Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
* Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance
* Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing
* 5+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
* Experience working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
* Deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for growth
