Your role is crucial in building customer loyalty and driving business growth through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Advocate at blithequark, your primary mission will be to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Utilizing upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Addressing customer issues effectively on the first contact and updating detailed notes to maintain comprehensive customer records. Staying informed about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Adhering to quality assurance standards and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service. Placing outbound calls as needed to prevent cancellations or returns and maintain customer satisfaction. Escalating complex issues to management when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Maintaining knowledge of internal systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes. Monitoring customer feedback and reporting trends to management to inform business decisions. Assisting with special projects and training new team members as needed to contribute to team success. What We're Looking For To succeed as a Customer Advocate at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Comfort with upselling and a strong ability to handle multiple systems and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages. The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment, with a proactive mindset and openness to change and feedback. Reliable attendance and a commitment to achieving KPIs, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Additional Requirements for Remote Work To work effectively in our remote environment, you'll need: A computer, webcam, and USB headset (wireless headsets are not permitted) to ensure seamless communication.
