Direct Hire Opportunity!$35.00/HourShift Details: 1st shiftDESCRIPTION:Provides customer service, support and prioritization for team through best practices.
Acting as the Point of Contact for a group of assigned accounts, they will also be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and accountable for all customer-facing activities and duties, including but not limited to P.O-review, bookings, RMA's, credits, reports, follow-up
or status, and resolution or relationship-management.
As a major contributor to the achievement of our annual goals, this role requires that the Account Specialist work collaboratively with all departments within our organization.Job Core Responsibilities:
Manage Aftermarket customer accounts, quoting, repair-order review, bookings, credits, returns, reports, follow-up or status, resolution or relationship-management. Collaborate with all teams to hit goals and deliverables.
Work closely with Supply-Chain, Operations, Quality and Trade Compliance, in order to ensure all customer requirements and commitments are met.
Participate in process improvement initiatives as required with their respective customer base.
Maintain, execute and train on or to documented Standard Work.Field of Study or Area of Experience:
2+ years of experience in MRO, customer-Service or Inside Sales, Aerospace or Aviation After-Market, or a combination thereof.Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.?Competitive Medical with prescription, Dental, Vision from hire date
