Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Custom Circuits Design Engineer to join our silicon configuration team. As a key player in this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge custom circuits for our System-on-Chip (SOC) products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet the demands of our customers. Your expertise in custom circuit design, low-power design, and silicon configuration will be invaluable in helping us push the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities


Design and develop custom circuits for SOC products, including low-power and high-performance circuits
Collaborate with power management, physical design, and verification teams to define specifications and requirements
Perform circuit-level design, analysis, modeling, and simulation across various process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) conditions
Work closely with the layout team to ensure design quality and completion
Develop and drive circuit methodologies to achieve high design quality metrics
Participate in silicon bring-up, debug, and testing to ensure successful product launches


Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in custom circuit design
Strong expertise in custom circuit design, low-power design, and silicon configuration
Profound understanding of submicron device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions
Excellent knowledge of circuit analysis, modeling, and simulation tools
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Perl, or others


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with AI accelerators, SRAM circuits, non-volatile memories, and low-power amplifiers
Knowledge of industry-standard circuit and design tools
Familiarity with design for test (DFT) and built-in self-test (BIST) methodologies
Experience with statistical design and variability analysis
