We are seeking a Cultivation Technician I to join our cultivation team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
Vegetative room work: transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning
Flower room work: deleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning
Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks
Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste
Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules

Generalized computer skills
Ability to work 40 hours a week Tuesday through Saturday
Detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Able to adapt to changes
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
