Key Responsibilities: • Recommend cruise lines, ships, and itineraries based on client preferences. • Coordinate pre- and post-cruise travel, including flights and hotel stays. • Book specialty dining, excursions, and onboard experiences. • Track promotions, upgrades, and loyalty program benefits. • Maintain expert-level knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations. What You Bring: • Prior experience booking or selling cruises (preferred). • Strong knowledge of ocean and river cruise options. • Ability to work independently and stay organized. • Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
