Croatian-Speaking Customer Expert for Second-Hand online Marketplace

At TP in Greece, in collaboration with one of the world’s leading online conscious fashion marketplace, we are seeking individuals with a passion in sustainable living. Join our team in assisting consumers with their online purchases, by selling or exchanging new or second-hand fashion items.

What you will do:
• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a leading online marketplace.
• Handle the continuous communication via ticketing and chat with customers regarding incidents, issues and questions
• Resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client
• Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures
What you will bring:
• Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills
• Good English reading and writing skills (B2 level)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-minded and empathetic, ability to independently support customers
• High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
• Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Customer Service experience is preferred
