CRO Specialist – Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization (Unbounce)
We’re looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to help improve the performance of our landing pages and website. We already have Google Ads and Meta media buyers running paid campaigns. Your role will be to build, test, and optimize landing pages that convert that traffic into leads. This is an ongoing part-time role focused on continuous testing and optimization. Responsibilities - Landing Page Optimization - Build and optimize landing pages in Unbounce - Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates - Work with our paid media team to align landing pages with ad campaigns - Identify the highest-impact elements to test (headlines, CTAs, forms, layout, etc.) Website CRO - Identify opportunities to improve conversions across our website - Test improvements to page structure, opt-in forms, and calls-to-action - Use data to recommend and prioritize CRO improvements Ideal Candidate - Strong experience with CRO and A/B testing - Experience building pages in Unbounce - Familiar with Google Ads and Meta landing page best practices - Comfortable analyzing test results and improving performance over time - Tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity Bonus if you have experience with real estate or “We Buy Houses” lead generation Please include a few examples of pages you've built.
