We are seeking an experienced CRM Architect to design, implement, and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes. This role will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, integrating various business applications, and ensuring the CRM platform aligns with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft and Amazon Cloud, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of data management, automation, and customer engagement strategies.

What you’ll do:

· Architect and Design CRM Solutions: Develop a scalable, high-performance CRM

architecture that supports business processes and customer interactions.

· CRM Implementation & Integration: Lead the integration of the CRM with other

enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, analytics tools).

· Customization & Development: Work with development teams to configure, customize,

and extend CRM functionalities using APIs, plugins, and custom workflows.

· Data Management & Governance: Establish data structures, ensure data integrity, and

implement best practices for data security and compliance.

· Automation & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for workflow automation and

customer journey enhancements.

· Technical Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into

technical solutions, providing guidance to developers and system administrators.

· User Training & Support: Assist with CRM adoption by providing training, documentation,

and ongoing support to users

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: 2+ years in CRM architecture, implementation, and administration

· CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting

languages.

· Cloud & Integration: Experience with AWS, Azure, as we l as middleware and integration

tools.

· Data Management: Expertise in data modeling, governance, security, and compliance

(GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

· Project Management: Ability to lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive

business outcomes.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting ski ls with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

· CRM certifications (e.g., Hubspot Certified Technical Architect, relevant Microsoft and/or

Amazon certifications).

· Experience in AI/ML-driven CRM automation and advanced analytics.

· Background in industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, B2C
