You can read more about us in this article.Together with Mindly’s Co-founder & CMO Masha, we are looking for a CRM / Email Marketing Specialist to join our superstar team and drive the CRM function at Mindly.Why is this role exciting?You’ll join a fast-growing, #1 product in its nicheYou’ll work directly with the founders, who not only listen but actively support your ideas and initiativesYou’ll have a high level of freedom and ownership over your domainAbout you:2+ years of hands-on experience with Email Marketing, push notifications, and in-app messages as core user communication channelsPractical experience with ESP tools such as Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or othersA proactive mindset and a high level of autonomyYour responsibilities:Building and optimizing user communication across Email, Push, and In-App messagesDaily analysis of CRM campaigns, communications, and promo mechanics, and generating hypotheses for improvementAudience segmentation, defining segmentation rules, and implementing them into trigger-based scenariosMonitoring and improving key delivery and engagement metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate)Running A/B tests and analyzing results with a focus on CRM business metrics (Conversion, LTV, Retention, Churn, etc.)Close collaboration with designers, copywriters, and analysts to create a cohesive user experienceHow do we work?We work remotely, but we also have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix formats if you wish.Ideally, you are located in the CET or EET time zone.How do we take care of our team?We offer free therapy sessions with any of our psychologists for you and your partner, as well as 20 days of paid vacation (we’re very flexible with days off ).What we offer:A fast-growing product company where you are a true part of our successCompetitive compensationA strong team of A-playersHiring process:Screening interviewHiring Manager interviewSkill-based interviewOffer Our values:Honesty and openness: always speak the truth, no matter how hard it isEmpathy and understanding: treat others the way you want to be treatedIf you want to be part of a team building a meaningful product that changes the lives of millions of people — we’d love to hear from you
